AUDIT COMMITTEE
The planning and Finance Committee provides advisory and oversight roles on the Institute’s finance and investment activities.Responsibilities of this Committee include reviewing the financial statements, annual plans and budgets to ensure the quality and acceptability of these reports is in line with accounting policies and financial reporting disclosures. Also, the Committee has the duty of reviewing the scope of work of the Institute’s internal audit unit, reports from external auditors on their findings, and internal controls.
