Education: Holder of Masters in Science, Infection Biology attained at Luebeck University based in Germany 2015-2017, Previous education background; Bachelor degree in Biotechnology and Laboratory science at Sokoine University of Agriculture Morogoro – Tanzania 2006-2009, Advanced certificate of secondary education Kwiro high school (with science subjects 2001-2003) Ulanga Morogoro Tanzania, Ordinary level of Secondary education (Rungwe Secondary school 1997-2000), Initially went for Primary level of Education at Busona 1990-1996 Rungwe Mbeya Tanzania, Currently; Working at the capacity of Research Scientist II based in Tuberculosis disease on both Classical diagnostics and as well as drug trial studies, which have experienced for more than eight years, whereby several studies being conducted which led to the attainment of confidence and used to the procedures involved therein finally professionalism build on TB researches Professional experience Have knowledge, experience working on TB diagnostic research and as well as highly regulated clinical trials conducted at NIMR-MMRC based on the optimization of classical decontamination, Microscopy, Genexpert, Accuprobe, culture methods and as well as nucleic acid detection by both Real time and conventional PCR methods like Molecular Bacterial Load Assay(MBLA) and GenoType strip technology based PCR, Proficient in requirements of Good Clinical Laboratory Practice (GCLP) needed for most of recognized research setting conducting studies which evaluate diagnostics and new treatments in a clinical setting, use of good theoretical and practical knowledge and computer skills. Taking into account into motivation and wishes to grow as a professional, Future perspective During this year will be focusing more on advanced techniques on new TB diagnosis especially to the co infected individuals, thinking on new samples to use for diagnosis which could alternatively be less invasive and easy to collect, the project will be ventured through my PhD studies 2019-2023.
